HTC Touch Cruise for AT&T

How does one person decide when does a mobile phone suck or when does a mobile phone deserve a standing ovation. Of course, when it comes to judging things, we humans tend to be subjective rather than objective. Though this might be the case, we still agree unanimously, that performance on all aspects counts a lot. But the looks can be a pivotal factor too, as well as availability of compatible mobile phone accessories like cell phone batteries and cell phone cases.
Case-in-point: The HTC Touch Cruise
As far as looks and exterior designs are concerned, the HTC Touch Cruise is a work of art, hands down. One can't help but ogle at the smart phone's beautiful finish. The sleek design of this gem of a device will definitely catch one's attention the moment one sees it. One might be even 'tricked' into buying the product. Trick, now that's a twist.
User comments seem to have a pattern describing the HTC Touch Cruise. They applaud the mobile phone's elegant design, followed by angry outburst of how other mobile phones can easily top the HTC Touch Cruise's functions o

One thing clear here is that I have never used the product before (and never will) for the sole reason that I am happy with my BlackBerry Pearl. I do admit the Touch Cruise’s design is something I would never frown upon. At this point I am in agreement with the Touch Cruise users (which also signal the end of this post). But if a lot of people are saying that the Touch Cruise is complete waste of money, then it’s totally up to me to experience whether they are correct or otherwise. But then again, I am happy with BlackBerry Pearl. I might test the thing, but I am totally not buying.

Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman for AT&T

When it comes to music phones, the first name that would come to mind (almost 100% of the time) is Sony Ericsson. Undoubtedly, the Sony Ericsson brand has firmly cemented itself as a leader in that particular area, especially with the tie-up of the Walkman brand. AT&T knows that they have music lovers in their demographics. That's why AT&T has included in their list the Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman.
The Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman is a great phone for a clamshell. Its unique flip look alone sets this SE mobile phone apart from the other clamshells from the market. Although one may have a hard time customizing this phone with cell phone accessories, the overall performance of this phone will definitely compensate for it.
As a music phone, the Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman can represent. No doubt it can even stand toe-to-toe against the iPod and its array of iPod accessories and iPod cases. If you want supra-natural music experience with this phone, you better pair it off with the meanest sound blasters out there. Better yet if it's Bluetooth-capable.

Refurb Samsung 3G Phone from AT&T

For all those who are really in grave need for a 3G mobile phone that can deliver the goods but does not cost much, at&t now offers you a very affordable deal. The Samsung A717 (refurbished) can now be yours for as low as $29.99.
The Samsung A717 is not much of a phone and both its basic and advanced features are just above mediocre. Comments on the looks department is not that positive either, though some may praise the exterior of this mobile phone. Practically, you might need to get some specialized cell phone cases if you want to stand out and be loud with this phone. There are too many clamshells in the town.
Voice quality is passable, as there were little background and wind noises caught in the conversations. Photo quality is decent, as well as the battery life (no need stacking up those cell phone batteries). It would have been a good phone overall if Samsung tried to add some spunk on its looks and details.
The excellent web browsing capabilities would be the the Samsung A717's saving grace. Web pages takes about five second to fully load. The 3G capabilities of this phone make web browsing a very pleasant experience. If you are going to get this phone, then you might as well get original Samsung cell phone accessories.

Apple iPhone

We all know what the Apple iPhone can do and it is good. Unanimously, the Apple iPhone looks magnificent without any add-ons. But it won't hurt if you add some spunk now, won't it?

iPod cases and other iPod accessories are for the iPod and the iPOd alone. This is the Apple iPhone, so it's going to be a tad different here. The iPhone does not have any buttons, for those who are still in the dark with this gadget. Rather it uses soft touch technology for you to navigate and browse the phone. For those who still can't get, you just have to touch the screen to access the iPhone's features.

Now, if you got my drift, protecting the screen is a high priority. So is yourself from the microwave radiation. To counter that threat and shield your iPhone from scratches, the ClearTouch AntiGlare Screen Protector is the answer. So thin you can still access the phone's menus without exerting too much effort. It reduces risks from microwave radiation. too.

As for cases, they will never go away. But with the Apple iPhone being on the plus size, you will need some cell phone cases that won't add to the bulk. Hence we got Active Crystal Cases. So thin that it acts like a second skin for the iPhone. Comes in two types, the one with the kickstand and the one without. Got a lot of colors to choose from. Looks cool too.

The rest of the coolest add-ons you have to find yourself.

LG CE110 for AT&T

A basic camera phone with some good features, the LG CE110 from AT&T is not bad for a phone, and not that good either. If there is some thing we can't be sure were to place except "in-between", the LG CE110 is one of them.

There is nothing that thrilling for this clamshell from LG. The phone may be lightweight and the design may be slim but that's just about it. Like most stock cell phone cases, the LG CE110 sports the black color. Cell phone antenna for the LG CE110 is internal, like most phones.

As any other mobile phone would do, you can call or use its multimedia features such as SMS or MMS, organize meeting and schedule appointments with it built-in memo. Bluetooth connectivity is also available with this phone. Sound quality is clear and signal strength is also excellent. Battery performance is slightly mediocre compared to other cell phone batteries. Talktime averages for only 3 hours. The standby time, though, can last up to 10 days on a single charge.

The disappointing part would be the camera, the screen, and the lack of FM / mp3 player. Photos taken with its basic VGA camera show poor quality. The screen also drags this clamshell down with the not so good display. An FM or and mp3 player would have upped this phone on the scales. Anyway, if you already have this phone and are bored with it or you want to enhance its overall performance, you could do so with original LG cell phone accessories.

Performance-wise, the LG CE110 just have all the features you need. That is if you want a phone that works as a phone and nothing else.
